Administration Division
The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office Administration Division consists of the Chief Clerk to the Sheriff, Office Manager and two Administrative Clerks. They are responsible for helping citizens obtain a pistol permit, obtain an incident report, billing, and many other day to day responsibilities that are essential to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
The Civil Process Division is comprised of APOST deputies whose primary responsibility is to serve the execution of Subpoenas, Evictions, Garnishments, Divorce Papers, Small Claims, Writs and Executions, Protection from Abuse Orders and various other Civil Process issues. The Civil Process Division serves roughly 10,000 civil papers each year to the residents and/or businesses in our county.
The Records Division is responsible for the input of Warrants, Civil Process Papers, as well as the management and dissemination of all reports generated by the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
